I have to wonder how many Fiats they destroyed during this run. I also wonder if the combined power of these cars exceeded 100 hp.

Frankly; as period and geographically correct chase scenes go; this is right up there with Steve McQueen and Bullitt.

I saw this one on YouTube a couple years back... what complete, utter lunacy. The likes of which you'd never ever see on the screen nowadays...

Thankyou. Sheer awesomeness. Also psychotic. "Runoff? We don't need no stinking runoff." I'll remember to punch anyone who ever asks me to participate in a hill climb.

OBRC is short for OddBall Racing Club of BC, with the concept started by Chris, Al, and me. For those who appreciate obscure, interesting, and very likely slow cars (mainly Euro but with Asian and domestic exceptions) as opposed to the easy to love mainstream Germans and Italians. Chris and I are still working on the charter. Based on your past posts you seem sympathetic to the cause, so I recommend you go to 'Quick Links' in the menu bar, then 'Social Groups', and sign up. You will likely need to buy something weird to gain full membership.
