Let's see your puny plastic eurobumpers do that! I wonder how the diving boards on the 02 or e28 would compare?

A Hyundai accent rear ended me in my e21 when it was still on the road. The Hyundai got a smashed bumper and grill and a bent up hood. I got a minor scuff on the plastic strip on my rear bumper.

Hyundais are made from recycled tuna cans. If you rub the paint off it says light flake tuna in water.

parallel parking in chrome 02 bumpers is easier..as its about 4 effin feet shorter and easier to get into smaller spots volvo bumpered o2s cannot
now the penisfaced gits who perform helen keller parking are the reasons i dont like leaving small bumpers around..crumple...crumple...

Lets put this way I was rear ended on the HWY @ 70km (in my 83 e28) the other car a newish toyota was written off on the spot, bleeding coolant and the hood and rad were mangled. Me I drove home with a wee bit o damage to the frame and such. But I got to drive home!

correct, pretty tight. Something like 30' for the 244. engineering can't fix everything though, and some drivers will find a way to cause damage wherever they go.
