I've seen these...very cool, but with prices from 16,000-45,000+, PLUS almost guaranteed repairs once upon our shores, they are not cheap...

I'd take any example, 8v, whatever, if it were well sorted - very cool stuff. Right time, place, and price, and I could seriously take the plunge on one...!

There was also a Peugeot 205GTi for sale local for a while...another very cool car. I'm drifting towards the 80s again in my tastes, so something like that would be very cool...

i know there a bit on the expensive side but most of those are the evo 2's so IMO there the ones to get. hopefully in some time i could own one, i think they look and perform amazingly

Well that site is a fun waste of time. Some very cool cars but I don't get the pricing. Some of the prices seem reasonable (although big budget) but others I just don't get. Not that I expect to be shopping in the deep end of the pool like this any time soon, or ever.
